Instructions

For the bath: pour four tablespoons into the bathtub.
Body Wrap: In a ceramic bowl and using a brush, mix about 1/2 cup of powder with a small volume of warm water, slowly increasing the amount of water. Mix until you obtain a nice dough. Apply to the body using a brush or fingers. Wrap with plastic wrap and a blanket. Duration: 30 minutes. Complete the treatment with a hot shower or bath.

Note: avoid use in case of allergy to iodine, thyroid gland disorders or if you are pregnant.
