Instructions

Body Wrap or Mask - Stir the Mud, assuring the minerals are well mixed. Apply generously ample amounts of ORE Mineralized Mud on the entire body. Wrap the body and leave the mud for a full 15-20 minutes allowing full skin absorption. Rinse with warm water. Note: skin may feel warm and tingling when Mud is applied and even after it is washed off. This means that the Mud is working properly.

Scalp Treatment - Stir the Mud. Apply generously ample amount of ORE Mineralized Mud on the scalp. Massage the scalp and leave the mud for full 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. This treatment will clean, revitalize the scalp & strengthen the hair roots, repair damaged hair, while giving it a natural shine.

Balneotherapy/Mud Bath - Fill the bathtub with warm water and add 125 - 250 ml (1/2 - 1 cup) of ORE Mineralized Mud. Soak and relax for 15-20 Minutes. Rinse with fresh water.
