Free Shipping Policy for Healthcare Professionals, Institutions and Distributors/Dealers
FREE Shipping Over $250
We do our best to ship all orders by the next business day. We use Canpar as our primary shipping provider and Canada Post as our secondary. We offer free shipping for orders over $250, excluding taxes, and flat rate shipping of $12.95 on orders below $250. Since you pay a discounted bulk price for all our products - which is solely available to healthcare professionals, the shipping policy mandates that you pay shipping on orders below $250.
However, Canada is a huge country and not all regions can be accommodated. Unfortunately the flat rate and free shipping offers do not extend to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon or Newfoundland. If you are located in one of these regions and we will contact you with a shipping quote upon receiving your order. Shipping calculations are based on size, weight and the postal code it is being delivered to. We ship all packages from our warehouse in Concord, Ontario. We also reserve the right to exclude oversized or overweight items from the flat rate or free shipping offers.
We can only ship to Canadian addresses.
Free Shipping Policy for the General Public
FREE Shipping Over $50
We ship out most orders by the next business day via Canada Post. We offer consumers free shipping for orders over $50, excluding taxes, and flat rate shipping of $12.95 on orders below $50.
Certain oversized items are excluded from this flat rate and free shipping offer. The additional shipping rates are noted on the product pages as they apply. The Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon or Newfoundland are excluded from free shipping and will be quoted a shipping rate on a per order basis. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Concord, Ontario and can only be delivered to Canadian addresses.
PICK UP ORDERS
Pick up orders can only be placed by phone or email. Once the order is packed and ready for pick up, we will send you a confirmation email with your invoice. You may then come at your convenience to pick up your order.
Our office is open for pick ups between 9am and 4pm EST. All orders are packed sequentially, unfortunately we cannot prioritize pick up orders outside the queue. Orders not picked up within 7 days of their invoice date, will be automatically returned to inventory and credited to your account.
As soon as your order is packed, we email you a copy of your invoice including the tracking number for your order. You can track your orderhereor on the tracking systems for Canpar and Canada Post respectively. If your tracking number begins with a "D" please enter the number in the Canpar field, otherwise enter it in the Canada Post field.
Backorders and Prepaid Orders
Although the majority of our items are in stock and ready to ship, we do occasionally have fulfillment delays from our suppliers. If your order can not be fulfilled within 5 days, we will contact you for instructions. Prepaid orders will be refunded on request.
