FREE Shipping Over $250

We do our best to ship all items the next business day. We use Canpar as our primary shipping provider. We offer flat rate shipping of $12.95 and free shipping on orders over $250, excluding taxes.

However, Canada is a huge country and not all regions can be accommodated. Unfortunately the flat rate and free shipping offers do not extend to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut or the Yukon. If you are located in one of the Territories please call us to place your order. Shipping calculations are based on size, weight and the postal code it is being delivered to. We ship all packages from our warehouse in Concord, Ontario. We also reserve the right to exclude over sized or over weight items from the flat rate or free shipping offers.

We ship to Canadian addresses only.

PICK UP ORDERS Please note we no longer offer pick up for online orders, however, these orders can still be placed by phone. All orders are now packed sequentially, so priority can no longer be given to customers wishing to pick up. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with your Invoice. You may then come at your convenience to pick it up. Orders not picked up within 7 days of their invoice date, will be returned to inventory.

Shipment Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once the shipment has left our warehouse. If you are wondering where your order is, just enter your tracking number below and get real-time information about your order. If your tracking number begins with a "D" please enter the number in the Canpar field, otherwise enter it in the Canada Post field.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident that our products will perform as described and benefit your patients and clinic, so we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason simply return it for an exchange or refund. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items may not be returned after 90 days, except for manufacturer’s defects covered under warranty. Unless otherwise specified, our items come with a one year manufacturer's warranty against defects. This warranty will not apply when patient home use items are used in a clinical setting. Drop shipped or special order items are subject to additional fees. Orders for customized items can not be cancelled or returned once production has began.

If you notice damaged cartons during shipping, please note the damage on the shipping waybill and notify us within 48 hours if any of the goods inside are damaged.


Shipping for returns are at your expense unless we have made a shipping error or the product is defective. Products must be returned in clean, sellable condition. Drop shipped or special order items are subject to additional fees. Before you send it back however, we do require a RA (Return Authorization), so that we can properly credit your account.
