We know that our products will perform and benefit your patients and clinic at large, so we offer our clinical customers a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason simply return it for an exchange or credit. No questions asked.
Please note, we do not offer this Guarantee to patients or end users.
Shipping for returns is at your expense unless we have made a shipping error or the product is defective.
• Products must be returned in clean, sellable condition with the original packaging undamaged.
• Your RMA# should be written on the outside of your shipping box
• Please place a copy of your original invoice inside the package
You must report a defective product or shipping error immediately upon receiving it to qualify for an exchange. If a package arrives damaged or incomplete, please note the damage or shortage in quantity in detail on your copy and the driver’s copy of the delivery receipt or bill of lading and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage. If possible, take pictures of the damage and promptly contact Vitality Depot. Be sure to save the packaging and merchandise for inspection.
Special order items, customized orders, pillows, and all support garments worn next to the skin (including but not limited to towels and linen) are non-returnable except for defective items. Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, except if damaged in delivery. Medical equipment is not returnable if purchased by patients, except for in cases of manufacturer's defects.
Initiating a Return
Before shipping back any products, please submit a Return Authorization Form, so that we can start the return process and know to expect your package.
We are happy to offer 3 ways to initiate the return process:

- Call us and we can fill out the form together over the phone.
Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items may not be returned after 90 days, except for manufacturer’s defects covered under warranty. Further details about extended manufacturer warranties are listed on the product pages, under the warranty tab.
Please note, it can take up to 3 weeks to fully process a refund. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your credit card company to process the credit. We will send you a copy of the refund confirmation the day we process it.
