Free Shipping Over $99

We do our best to ship all orders by the next business day. We use Purolator as our primary shipping provider and Canada Post as our secondary. We offer free shipping for orders over $99, excluding taxes, and flat rate shipping of $12.95 on orders below $99. 

However, Canada is a huge country and not all regions can be accommodated. Unfortunately the flat rate and free shipping offers do not extend to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut or the Yukon. If you are located in one of these regions and we will contact you with a shipping quote upon receiving your order. Shipping calculations are based on size, weight and the postal code. We ship all packages from our warehouse in Concord, Ontario. We also reserve the right to exclude oversized or overweight items from the flat rate or free shipping offers.

While we make every attempt to process orders in a timely fashion, there may be unforeseen supplier delays. Vitality Depot reserves the right to hold an order for up to 5 business days to ship your complete order. We can only ship to Canadian addresses.

We are also happy to accommodate customers wanting to select their shipping provider, however these orders will not be subject to our free or flat rate amounts and will instead be charged at their full costs.

Patient Dropship Orders

If you prefer to have items shipped directly to your patient, we are happy to comply. Simply modify the shipping address when you place your order. Add "Coming from" and your Clinic's name to the name field. This will flag both your patient and our team to the fact that you are ordering on their behalf. We do not include Invoices in our shipments. Invoices will be emailed to the email on file for the account when the shipment leaves our facility. Invoices will also have the tracking number for the shipment. Shipping charges will apply, as per the above rates.

Contactless Pick Up Orders 

Pick up orders can be placed by phone or email and need to be pre-paid. Once the order is packed and ready for pick up, we will send you a confirmation email with your invoice. Please wait for your confirmation email, as all orders are packed in sequence.

WE DO NOT OFFER ONSITE ORDERING.

Our warehouse is open for pick up between 9 am and 4:00 pm - Monday to Friday

  • Pick up is at our loading door (1st bay on west side of building)
  • Call 800.461.0100 when you arrive at the loading door and our warehouse will be paged
  • Orders will be placed on the loading dock for you to load into your vehicle
  • Have patience, if other customers or deliveries are using the loading bay door, you will need to wait
  • Orders not picked up after 5 business days will be shipped

Table Delivery Options (Additional Charge)

Curb Side Truck Delivery

  • Covers the cost of the transportation and truck lift gate
  • The truck driver will unload the treatment table from the truck only

Inside Truck Delivery

  • Covers the cost of the transportation and truck lift gate
  • The truck driver will unload the treatment table inside the main door of the building

Premium White Glove Service

  • Two-man Inside delivery
  • Remove and dispose of packaging
  • Delivery to final location inside the clinic
  • We will require details about your hallway dimensions, doorways and staircases to provide quote

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order is packed, we email you a copy of your invoice including the tracking number for your order. You can track your order here or on the tracking systems for Purolator and Canada Post respectively. If your tracking number begins with a "D" please enter the number in the Purolator field, otherwise enter it in the Canada Post field.

Backorders and Prepaid Orders

Although the majority of our items are in stock and ready to ship, we do occasionally have fulfillment delays from our suppliers. If your order can not be fulfilled within 5 days, we will contact you for instructions. Prepaid orders will be refunded on request.
