As most massage oils, gels, creams and lotions contain similar ingredients, we tested the base oils in their purest formats to assure results. 

The Results are in! Massage Suds was tested by saturating regions of the various sheet materials with each of the oils represented.  We poured the oils onto the fabric making the test harsher than real world conditions.

Washing Protocol

The washing machine was set to Heavy Load, to allow for more soaking time. 120 ml of Massage Suds Laundry Detergent was used per load. Cold water is best for oils.

Pre-Treat Protocol

PT items should be pre-treated when heavy soiling/saturation exists. PT items were re-washed after being dried. These were pre-treated for 10 minutes and then washed. They were successfully cleaned on this second attempt.

FAQ

Q: Will it clean my older sheets?
A: Massage Suds can improve the smell and appearance of your existing sheets, however we can not guarantee they will be good as new. Add 200 ml to a bucket of COLD water and allow your sheets to soak overnight.
Q: What if my stain did not come out?
A: Unlike with most detergents, many stains can still be removed or improved after washing and drying. For best results, pre-soak the area with Massage Suds Pre-Treat for at least 10 minutes, then launder on Heavy Cycle
Q: Can I use Massage Suds with other laundry additives?
A: It is not recommended. The unique formulation of Massage Suds is counteracted by some chemicals. For best results, use the Massage Suds pre-treat on heavily soiled areas, then wash with Massage Suds Laundry Detergent.
Q: Can I use Massage Suds for regular laundry or at home?
A: Yes. In addition to working very well on massage oils, Massage suds offers great results on typical household dirt, stains and chemicals like motor oil. It is Biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
